Shipping policy
At Studio 11 home & body, we’re committed to getting your purchase to you as quickly and safely as possible. We know you’re excited to receive your order, and we’re just as excited to get it to you! Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:
• Processing Time: Orders are processed the same/next business day, however, may take up to seven business days to process in addition to shipping times. Custom or made-to-order items may take a bit longer and processing times will be identified in the quote—thank you for your patience!
• Shipping Times & Rates: We offer USPS and UPS shipping options at checkout. Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to keep an eye on your order’s journey.
• Damaged or Lost Packages: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order. For damaged products, a photo of the damaged box and ordered Studio 11 home & body products are required for processing a replacement order with-in 7 business days if stock is still available. We will reach out to you via preferred contact, if this should change.
• International Shipping: We currently do not ship internationally. If applicable, please note that customs fees and duties are the buyer’s responsibility.
