Refund policy

At Studio 11 home & body, we take pride in crafting high-quality candles and want you to love your purchase! If you experience any issues, please review our policy below:

All products at Studio 11 home & body undergo careful quality inspection before shipping. Due to the nature of our products, any items that contain fragrance cannot be returned or refunded.

We will replace or refund products that arrive damaged during shipment if photo evidence of the damage is submitted within seven (7) days of delivery.

Non fragranced items may be exchanged for another item of equal value within fourteen (14) days of purchase if unused. This excludes necklaces and bracelets. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Additional Guidelines:

  • All exchanged items must be in their original packaging

  • Custom candle bar experiences and gift cards are non-refundable

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged
